I believe that is a Coral Cactus Euphorbia lactea and what a beauty it is. We sometimes have them for sale in the Home Depots and Lowe's around here and I have come very close to buying one. I think I might this year though.
Jon, thanks so much for the speedy identification. I did some further reading and found that they are (possibly) grafted here in Thailand?
Yes the white ghost euphorbis lactea can not survive on its own do to the lack of chloraphyll, it needs a graft. The bottom graft stem is another euphorbia of a hardy variety that gives the lactea the ability to live and grow faster.
