New England may get an April Fool storm....only a foot...pictures on Saturday. Cleaned flower beds today, I don't think the uncovered flowers will appreciate being dumped on, we'll see. Jerry
Had 12 Robins out in the yard with a dazed look on their faces. They were in the beds that I haven't cleaned out yet scratching the leaves away to look for worms.
Today it was sunny, warm, a nice spring day, we got a lot done. The calm before the storm. A few years ago on April fools day we got 2.5 feet, It messed up everything from planting to birds nesting. this is the kind of stuff we get in January/February. Yuckkk!! Jerry
I'm mustering up all the warm sunny thoughts I possibly can and sending to everyone who is still "stuck" with ol' man winter!
You can have our weather for the last few days. It was only in upper 50's and this morning it was only 38. No frost though! I have my garden planted and DO NOT want frost or freeze anymore. You can feel sorry for me because we went from using the a/c at night to using the down comforter at night and now back to upper 80's during the day and upper 60's at night. No snow coming this way but we'll send warm thoughts to you. dooley
