Went to my defib. Dr. and he said it worked just the way it was supposed to. My heart had speeded up and it shocked it back into rhythm. He did take me off of one pill for my heart and put me on a different one that will also help my heart, but will also help control the rythm. He also said that if it goes off once and I am feeling good, I don't really need to go to the ER. Multiple times Yes.
