Has anyone heard how Glenda is doing?

I was on facebook and I know she was having surgery but I haven't seen how she is doing? I pray she is OK.

 

Her surgery was scheduled for yesterday, I believe. Perhaps Heather will soon have a chance to let us know how things are going. Until then, let's all hope and pray all is well, or at least getting better.

 

I heard she did well yesterday but the next 24 hours is important....

 

Oh my gosh! I had forgotten that her surgery was on June 1st!!!
If you are reading this Heather or Glenda- sending prayers for a quick and speedy recovery

 

I'm thinkin' about her too I tried calling Heather's earlier tonight but got no answer. I imagine she's at the hospital with her mama
If anyone talks to them please send my wishes. We will be out of town until Monday and away from the 'puter.

 

Ditto for me too.... I hope she's doing well.

I saw a notice on Facebook from yesterday evening. Heather said that the surgery went good and the left kidney was working at 47 percent and if it improved overnight she might come home today. She was still in some pain which is expected since she can't take much pain medication because of allergies. I don't remember which ones Glenda told me that she can't take. Anyway, it sounded like she is doing good and I hope she continues to improve. I hope the left kidney takes up the work of the right one which probably wasn't doing it's work anyway.
Prayers will continue.
