This beauty came by for a visit and didn't stay very long. It seemed to really enjoy the Coneflowers. Fortunately I had the camera outside with me.

Great pictures of the butterflies and the coneflowers. I never seem to have the camera handy at the right time.

Great shots - especially the first one. I'm glad you had your camera with you and managed to take shots of the Tiger Swallowtail before it left.

    Thanks!
I went inside and got the camera because a Black Swallowtail had been hanging around all day. Sure enough, when I got the camera, it decided it was time to leave.
But then it's "cousin" decided to stop in and pose for a couple of shots and then was on it's way too.

I am hoping we have some light winds and our humidity drops so I can enjoy the outside more and find some butterflys....great capture.
