Obviously you have been to the thrift store too many times this month. Do you have any seeds from the ones in the middle? Jerry
Jerry those are old light bulbs that I have been hanging onto when they burned out. They were just too neat to throw away and no body recycles them. This is them before the paint pens got to all of them, that one bulb is blue, the purple one is already painted.. bulbs ( photo / image / picture from toni's Garden )
Got us again Toni. I was thinking... what kinda bulb would do well in a shallow wheel barrow? Natural... it had to be one of Toni's great ideas! Awesome way to reuse something destined for the landfill.
Boy Toni--you never cease to amaze me with all the stuff that you do. I have never seen light bulbs like that. Are they, or WERE they common at one time? Anyway, they look great where they wound up. Well done....you truly ARE the "Mistress of junque", like it says on the label.
Those light bulbs aren't very common but we have an old hanging light fixture in the kitchen that doesn't hide the bulbs so we have been getting pretty bulbs for it.
I was like... What? Tulips? Daffodils? Lilies? .... and all I get is glass! NICE ONES... have NEVER seen such bulbs!
