I don't know what this plant could be so wanted to check here before pulling it out. ( photo / image / picture from Tina's Garden )
I don't think so. I think fox glove has a more elliptical fuzzy leaf. BUT I could be wrong, mine didn't germinate last year when I planted them.
Doesn't look like mine, but it does look familiar. Like Droopy said, let it grow a while to see what blooms
Here is my baby foxglove (at least that is what I think it is) baby columbine & baby foxglove ( photo / image / picture from stratsmom's Garden ) to the left is an itty-bitty baby columbine and to the right is what is left of the woodland hyacinth Jewell shared with me last year
Pretty babies. It looks a lot like our little foxglove seedlings. It should grow pretty fast so you'll be able to find out for certain very soon.
I leave the seedlings be where I'd like a foxglove. The rest I weed away. The foxgloves here are biannuals, which means they make leaf rosettes the first year, bloom the second year and then die. I like them because they grow where no garden plant will, they're very low maintenance, they're tall and showy, bloom for a long time and come in different shades of pinks, even a white or very pale pink one now and then.
Exactly Droopy. Low maintenance. I like them. Not so much now, when there's just dried up stems... Sweden was nice! Lots of lupines and Rhododendrons everywhere....hehehe
