We commonly call it 'Moses In A Basket', 'Moses In A Cradle' or the 'Boat Lily'. It has these large erect leaves with the purple undersides and beautiful little white flowers that sit in boat-shaped bracts at the base of the leaves. I have lots of this growing in my garden.
