Description: The plant that looks like a green tail is Parrots Feather. Really cool plant that is said to have huge oxygenation qualities. Good for fish when fountains and waterfalls aren't running

The small water lily like plants are Frog Bit. These float on the surface and are like a giant version of Duckweed but are said to not be as invasive in many climates. I grow these in portions too shallow for water lilies but still give that water lily look which is a staple of water gardening.
