Vacation Week

Well I did do a little in the garden today, I picked some green beans and tomatoes, cabbage, and I'm waiting for my cantaloupe to finish ripening, And now it's raining Something we have really needed, It sure did perk up the flowers,Oh well when it rains I can get some things done in the house, even though I would rather be outside with the flowers,I can't figure out why my morning glories haven't bloomed , I put them were I could see them this year and know they don't bloom ,Just my luck.I been on vacation this week I'm off until the 29th of July, I really needed it, But I probably worked as hard here at home as I did at work because I've been catching up with things that got behind when I work.It's been fun being off though, More time in the dirt and flowers,Well we will talk again tomorrow bye for now,

Garden Goodies

Well it's about 97 degrees today here in Indiana, I went out early this morning and got some green beans and things out of the garden, I brought them in and I fixed them and put them in the freezer, and done the same with the tomatoes, I also had some fried corn for supper, It was pretty good.In the morning I guess I will go out and get the cabbage and do something with it, I made slaw the other day, I can't wait for the cantaloupe to be ready, I love it. There's always something to do in a garden.The blackberries my hubby picked a couple of weeks ago I think I will make blackberry preserves and freeze it.I also froze some peaches and made some peach and blackberry crisp UM UM GOOD.

same garden wrong places

Well they are the same garden ,the one were the flowers are very small is when I first planted them and the other pic. is now where they have grown so much, I put them in there in wrong order, I'm sorry about that, I didn't know until I had already put them in. Thank you for your comments.
