I am thrilled to announce the arrival of my new Great Granddaughter born 6pm yesterday. Unfortunately my grandson and his wife have not decided on a name yet but nevertheless I just had to broadcast it to the world as I am so excited
Oh isn't she precious!! I don't have grandchildren, let alone great grandchildren, so I'll share the happiness and pride in your new family addition if I may.
Thanks everyone. The only thing is I wont be able to give her a cuddle yet as she is on the Isle of Wight but hope to go over there very soon and eventually to move there.
Awww,she is beautiful.Congratulations. Is the hand-made little bonnet your handiwork? Our friends here in Swindon have their grandchildren in Manchester and they use Skype or FaceTime regularly to keep in touch.
Unfortunately I did not make the bonnet Kiasmum but no doubt my knitting needles will get busy very soon We do use Skype so hopefully will see her 'in the flesh' so to speak soon. Still no name yet though, they are taking their time
