Hi I'm Charles Tedder from Millington Tn. that is 20 miles North of Memphis

My wife loves Hens and Chicks and Moon Plants. Each spring I will take her Hens and Chicks and will seperate them to spread them out. Or should I not do this and let them bunch up. I have made several wooden boxes and put either top soil or potting soil in the boxes when I seperate them. In the fall when the temperature starts to drop I will put plastic over them and tap it shut and the weather the winter better here.

Welcome from Illinois. I've never had Hens and Chicks but I'm sure someone will come along with an answer for you.

Hi Charles and a hearty welcome to GardenStew :hi: Hope you have a wonderful time on the site and get to meet all of the wonderful members soon!
I would ask this question in another forum on the site outside of the Welcome forum. It will get more attention and answers that way :)

Hi and welcome from SE Texas. I have terrible luck with Hens and Chicks... so I will just keep my mouth shut on this one. :scheming:
