Hi Sjoerd,..6foot 3 inches beats me at just 5 foot 10 inches :),..your Cape Fuchsia is a great height as well,..mine only started to show some height when i planted them in the garden from the large pots,..i have the 'Candy Drops Cream',..and the 'Funfare Orange',..both around 4 Ft,..nice plants and like a miniature Brug 'Angel Trumpet'.

I do not know which one I have as I bought it from a chap selling on the side of the road. He only knew it as the Cape Fuchsia and nothing more. I may never discover the name, but it is a beauty (in my eyes at least).

    Condolences Philip.
That will be a bit difficult for you and your mate. A good and loved neighbour means a lot. We have a saying here ----"A good neighbour is better than a distant friend".

So when a good neighbour passes, they will be deeply missed....on several levels.
I wish you guys strength in these tough days

I shook off all the soil from my Geraniums,..hung them upside down in the shed where they will survive until next spring,..two pieces broke of in the process so i dipped them in Rooting Powder,..potted them and placed them in the Greenhouse,..both are thriving.

Ahh it does my heart good to see all to see beautiful flowers Philip. All of mine have been killed off with the severe frosts we've been having. However, I do see some small shoots of daffodils appearing close to the house.:) Those geraniums are looking really pert and healthy.

Hard to believe that the temperature today was 16C=62F,..the warmest November on record,..not bad for Winter.

Blooms in the garden are getting scarce but below is the garden in September 2016 when there were more blooms.

Philip I don't know how I managed to miss this post. Those hibiscus are gorgeous!! How I would love to be able to grow them here but our Scottish weather just doesn't seem to agree with them. How I wish my garden could look like yours in September.
