For hummingbird fans

    We have two feeders, zinnias, salvia greggii, and tropical sage, all of which the hummingbirds love.
    Here are a couple of photos of red throated hummingbirds just outside our door. The first photo is a female, and the second (obviously!) a male.

    Great shots MG! I've been trying to capture mine with the camera as well and no such luck. Those little buggers are FAST!

    Mart, we have more than usual, too. I'm brewing up nectar more frequently, and in greater quantities. Husband is thinking of putting out a third feeder to accommodate the crowd!

    That should be a nice site to see...we have nice birds in our garden but the main majority is pigeons and omg the mess they make :mad:

    I wait for the hummingbirds and orioles every spring....such great birds and I love watching them. Thank you for sharing... nice pictures
