Do you write letters to Santa?.

Santa wrote to the children of Danville, Kentucky in 1899.

I read this somewhere years ago and having arthritis and they reckon he did exist.

 

@Gail-Steman, It seems remarkable that as busy as he was in 1899, Santa took the time to compose a letter.

 

Do you believe in it yourself...although it's been stated?

 

@Gail-Steman, I do believe that Saint Nicholas can write.

 

Well I would say so being a Bishop by what I've read.

As an episcopal see, and his childhood church falling vacant, Nicholas was chosen Bishop.

 

As we both know to be a Bishop you have to be educated in Latin and decades back Gaelic.

 

@Gail-Steman, Did Nicholas have any religious training in a seminary?

 

I would say so if this was started up in memorial of his name.

Well the kids seem to like doing it but it's how the letters are written and good behaviour always enters the list
