Sj, re the chicken, yes probably. Your dinner tonight sounds delicious! I grew up on ground lamb (our parents raised sheep) Tonight, my husband made a bean-chicken-pork-sausage stew with crusty bread & broccoli. It was very garlicky and delicious! He made extra to freeze for our sojourn to our farm for the forestry project. At the very least, we will eat well!
Tonight is a broccoli and mushroom quiche, with a green salad. The ladies are laying eggs again, so we are having more omelettes and quiches. Store-bought eggs just aren't the same!
Kazzer---you are such a card! I laughed hard at this one and called the Bride to come and look. I got it immediately, but she didn't get it right away...does that mean that I have a sick brain? Tonight it's schnitzel with garden beans and parsnip chips.
I really did have beans on toast yesterday @Sjoerd Snitzel and parsnip chips sounds YUMMY . We had triple cooked chips, haddock fish cakes and garden peas. No gin and tonic tonight as it’s a school night
Well Kazzer...oké....but still, I thought that the way you presented it was very clever. You are a Clever Cloggs, aren't you. Gosh Cayu--That sounds very tasty.
That's funny Kazzawazza. Our Public Television Station here in Dallas used to broadcast that show many years ago.
you want to explain what proper beans are to your other half ...never seen nothing like it in my life
We had a roasted dinner with lamb veggie pies...quite nice for a change @Kazzawazza since brains as had me on this veggie food I've lost half a stone
