Yesterday evening we picked up a half grilled a chook (dismembered) and had our own apple-sauce on the side.
Left over chicken thighs in soy/ginger/garlic/honey sauce with stir friend vegies on rice. It was good. We have one more dinner of the chicken thighs still in the freezer.
Looks like my daughter is making cubed steak with rice and brussel sprouts. I may add some spicy kimchi to my plate.
Tonight will be marinated grilled tuna steaks with asparagus (first of the season from our bed), fresh hot rolls, and a salad of cantaloupe with a raspberry walnut vinagrette.
