It's a vegetarian sort of mince, it's made of a type of fungi but looks like mince but doesn't taist the same but it's not too bad.when it's mashed up with the potatoes. Just trying to cut down on processed meats. Used to have corned beef hash on a Wednesday.

Bubble and Squeak with leftover Lamb..a meal from the past and also good with corn beef and pickles if no leftover meat....(Bubble and Squeak is normally left over Cabbage.. squeak is left over Potatoes mashed together with the Cabbage and fried until there is a crispy coating on both sides)...It does not bubble or squeak though..:headscratch::shrug:

Today is warm and dry enough to pull out the grill and do some serious grilling! We will be having grilled chicken breast on rosemary skewers, potato slabs (a big Russet potato cut into thirds lengthwise and basted with parsley butter, and peas.

Just the thought of it being outside cooking is enough for my taste buds to start up...another type of outside cooking we do in the good weather is a Raclette, this one below is offering extra layers for crepes...

I have now googled your meal as I had no idea what is was..life is always a learning curve, which is good... with your far off lands, I did discover you have fish with the rice and mix of maybe cajun seasoning, ground beef, white rice, celery, onion, and garlic. plus the orange and lemon..never had lemon pepper...very healthy unlike our meal this evening....
