    Often seen these little bugs indoors..they seem to live in wood and we have plenty of logs in the place so they have a choice of a home..no idea what they are called but do not seem to move about much...except this one was in the shower room just now....

    They're millipedes or centerpeds very good for the garden.

    Don't let them grab any flesh. Because once they sink their legs in, it is impossible to pull them out intact, (their legs can detach and remain in the flesh) - Only safe way that I know of, is to touch them with a hot soldering iron. That's when they let go.

    Unlike leaches, which are easily removed when you sprinkle a little salt on them - Removing these from flesh is a big headache...
