OK, I'm now going to order these, Bhut Jolokia, a.k.a the ghost pepper seeds... It's said to be the hottest chili pepper in the world - Let's hope I don't get swindled again, (as buying seeds online have so far given me mixed results).
I grow those for my customers. just few customers but I have some who want them none the less. I think they are crazy but hey... I grow them if they want to buy them

Bhut jolokia was once the hottest pepper in the world and the First to pass one million on the Scoville scale. Since 2013 reaper peppers have taken the record. Carolina reapers can reach up to two million on the Scoville scale and are the official record holders now. Ghost peppers, scorpion peppers and the reapers far surpass any others for heat. I only have habaneros this year. They are strong too.
Absolutely correct Odif! But the difference is that Carolina Reapers are bred for being hot, and they too are mixed with Jolokia. But these Bhut Jolokia are the hottest natural peppers. The guy who created the Carolina Reaper, says that he had successfully bred chilies which are twice as hot as the reaper. But he is not letting them out from his property. Until all the legalities are done, to make sure that he gets all the royalty this time. I saw him say this in an interview he gave to someone. Which is uploaded on YouTube. He says that someone from Pakistan (an internet friend) sent him Jolokia seeds. From those he bred the Carolina Reaper. If I am able to find that video, I'll post it here.
I will choose the hottest of my habanero for seeds. I also have cayenne that I raised from seeds that came off a two year old plant. The habaneros, we slice very thin and put them in rose vinegar. We eat them like sweets
Yes, that's the video I was talking about, good you found it! I too want to collect and replant my own seeds, after these Jolokia will grow. But right now I have no choice but to buy seeds, as I don't have any Jolokia of my own growing anywhere...
It was easy, I just put a search in for Carolina Reaper and came up with that one and a lot of people eating one of them altogether.
Wonder what will happen if I too started cross breeding such hot chilies... But first, I need to get these seeds growing.
Those are ordinary chilies. Yes they can be hot too. But nowhere close a Jolokia. Joe K Parkers are my most favorite to grow. As they are the highest yield giving Chili plant in the world, and very big in size, (8 to 10 inches long), plus very common over here. Those are the ones I normally grow. See pictures below. As well as the little ones too, which are very hot.
