Throwing together leftovers,, Looks like Broccoli rice and chicken casserole !

 

Snap @mart only our leftovers just looked like leftovers so I whopped a smoked mackerel on top! Used up all the odd bits of veggies. Waste not want not

A bit spicy, but very, very delicious.
The ice cream desert was welcome.

 

Jambalaya, served with a sweet side of Florida Gator. Roll Tide! More boiled peanuts and Cheese dip along the way this football evening.

 

Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and veg. Pudding is autumn pudding, is the same as summer pudding but changed the name with ice cream.

 

Well,, haven`t felt as good as I used to so its a completely southern supper tonight ! Cornbread and buttermilk ! But I like it occasionally !

 

Mart, I hope you get to feeling better soon! We had pizza Margherita tonight--my comfort food is usually Italian.

 

Brunswick stew and grilled cheese sammiches.

 

Chips 2 fried eggs and baked beans.
