I have a Philips pasta making machine. It makes several varieties very well - spaghetti, angel hair, ridged tubular types. It makes sheets but I don't know if they are sized correctly for ravioli.
I'm not familiar with that...but after having a peek on line..... I have a pasta maker attachment for my kitchen aid. Just the rollers and cutters.
Vegetarian mince with potatoes, cabbage peas, sprouts, carrots and gravy with fried onions with chilli and garlic.
I cured my own corned beef brisket. Wish me luck! It smells good. Usually we do them in the pressure cooker.
Very sweet to say Pac, thank you. . But.....ermmmm...no hahahahaha. We have eaten at a restaurant maybe once in the last 8 years ( a sit down one. We've had fast food three times in the last five). So the restaurant has to come to the home. We have fun with it. I don't know if it would pass anyone elses taste test. But thank you friend. Very kind.
That is very exciting! And something we have talked about trying. I hope it works out for you. I would love to see the results DM.
