Our zinnias are bloomin' their heads off! Here is one of our deep pink ones: I've never been a fan of zinnias, considering them to be "garish". My husband likes them, and I'm becoming a fan, also.
That zinnia looks good, Marlin. My Bride likes them very much as well. We have had them in the past, but not for a while now. Seeing your pic, I may have to do them again next year. Cheers.
Netty nice blooms. Lupines are huge and very nice color. Are they the Russel lupines? Gas plants so pretty nice colors. And a pretty combination. Marlin beautiful zinnia . Just some new blooms Alostromeria’s and purple clematis.
@Sjoerd Dictamnus albus is correct. But I had no idea they were in the Rue family! @Pacnorwest I think they are Russell lupins @Melody Mc. I absolutely LOVE your Columbine!
Just out of interest, this rose is a hybrid tea called Indian summer. The parentage got lost and Fryers Roses is wondering if anyone knows anything about it. Perhaps @MIKE ALLEN would know something.
Thank you Logan. Indian Summer is a climbing HT rose. Introduced in Britain 1938. Parentage Edna Thomas x Autumn. Duenrsen. H&S. It is also listed under the name of. HARwigwam by Harkness 1991 Also listed as, PEAperfume. Several nuseries etc have it for sale.
Mel, your blooms are wonderful— I would say that because I grow and have grown them s well. It could have been my garden. All except the rose, I do not have that one. Gorgeous roses, Daniel. Really remarkable. Loggie, I like your roses. So lovely.
Thank you Mike, I've got the bush variety, could you let Fryers Roses know please. Thank you Sjoerd and Mel.
