What a stylish blue collar.

 

Thanks Sjoerd, the blue collar is to stop him from licking the wounds. It's an alternative to wearing what we would call a lampshade.

 

Right. Well, I think it is stylish. The lampshades look so unhandy for a pet.

 

Yes they're very stylish and very easier to move around.

 

Before your vids I had never seen a collar like that blue one. It does look comfortable.
We once had a husky when we lived in Alaska, she got an ear infection and I had to administer drops. To keep her from scratching that ear she had one of those lampshades. I think she had a lot of agro from it.

 

Yes the lampshades are very difficult to move around with it on. Only could get those years ago and they used to bump into the furniture. One of ours would just sit there and look very sad and shaking, another one would cry.

 

Berry who we got now had a ear infection but he wouldn't let me put drops in. So the vet cleaned his ear and then used a one dose ear treatment, it worked.

 

That was good luck, Loggie. Those ear infections can be difficult.

 

Thanks and yes they're very difficult with the floppy ears.
