One catchy tune. ‘Dance Monkey’

 

Bolero is my all time favorite piece.

Vancouver (Washington) Symphony Orchestra was scheduled to play it. I was pretty excited. Then the pandemic happened ant it was canceled. bummer!

Then the pandemic concerns wound down and they did play it. It was great!

 

So happy @Daniel W you had the opportunity to listen to a live orchestra playing ‘Bolero’…My fav all time song keeps me balanced and rested gracefully in my mind. After hearing Bolero a few times much like listening to ‘Dance Monkey’. Each tune has its own musical energy to share for our interpretations. Gives hope to repetitive daily routines…we all are subject to thruout the seasons of life. The tunes are really a lesson in faith in the life around us and how we survive the daily grind, appreciate what our lives have given us. And hold what we can in our hearts thru loss and the privilege we have earned.
