    Thanks @Logan .
This spring has been, for S. Georgia, unseasonably cool which is helping the garden a lot !!

I planted out this Bok Choy October 10, 2024. Cool season veg, right? Well now, April 19, 2025, ( days now in the 80's and a few 90°f days) it has still not started to bolt !! That's 6 months !! The other two keeled over, one a month ago and the other a month before that.

We'll see next year how many of the seeds from this presumably "heat-tolerant" one, will take after it's mommy !! Then I'll save seed from that one, etc., etc.

And I don't even really like Bok Choy that much :smt044

It's just something to do. :p

I'm very bad at labelling and don't ask about record keeping.

I did not plant this Cabbage. It just came up in this bed in January. Amazingly, it is heading in temps in the 80's daily !!

:) My garden is in the deep South. I'm only 12 miles north of the Florida line. When your veg are thriving in June and July, all mine have succumbed to the heat ( save watermelons and Peppers !!). :p
