Just thought I'd post some more photographs of the new plants that are flowering here in my garden today. :-D Monkey Flowers in my wildlife section. One of my more unusual waterlilies. Some others. Peony rose that I bought as being white??? Some roses now just to show that I don't really dislike them that much after all. Clematis. Alpines. Complete with bee. :-D Odds and ends. Lastly (you'll be glad to hear ) my orchids. That's it for now folks!!!!
Pretty pictures pretty flowers :-D I love that yellow clematis and the bleeding heart took my breath away! Deanna :-D
"Ooooo!!" "Ahhhh!!" Those are all just beautiful, Eileen, you have some real gems in your collection. What are the two just above the Bleeding Heart?
The red and purple one is a pyramid polyanthus Zuzu. As for the orange one I have yet to discover what exactly it is. The Scottish Wildlife Trust gave it to me for helping them out with some paperwork so I presume it's some kind of wild flower. If I discover what it is I'll let you know.
Wow Eileen! Each and every one of those pictures are gorgeous! I love the water lily's, and your roses are beautiful...how could you dislike them! And I've never seen a yellow Clematis...it's lovely! The orange bloom looks like Hawkweed that blooms here. Not a very nice name for a pretty flower.
Thanks for IDing my mystery orange flowers Netty. I had a feeling someone here would know exactly what they were!! :-D
Is the one yellow multi-bloomed flower a 'Molly Chive'? It's below the pink alyssum and white astrantia(?).
I was wondering if it was! I have them in my yard, but they only bloomed the year I bought them. They were so tasty! I still remember it from 3 years ago! I want more yummy flowers! But I only get the greens.
