I love Plumeria (frangipani) and have dozens of varieties. I am not a professional but have the experience of growing them for many years here in S. FL. I have grown them from seed (not true to mother but fun), grafts and cuttings.
I constantly fight with "plumeria rust" but either a systemic or spray (I like Triazacide) can get it under control quickly.
