Add Your Opinion About This Plant aythya-camellia (860) wrote on Nov 17 2009 Rating for this plant: It has seed pods that look like oats, hence the common name Northern sea oats. They turn copper in winter. It will become a blue-green color in shade. I like this opinion Note: please don't use this box to post questions, you can do that on our forums instead.
