Like most mints, chocolate mint will spread if planted in a non-confined area. In my experience, mint is very easy to grow, care for, and propagate. The leaves can be harvested many times throughout the summer. A simple treat you may want to try using chocolate mint: cut strawberries, dust lightly with sugar and toss with chopped chocolate mint (thanks mom!).
