Description: This is a true bee magnet! Caryopeteris x clandonensis is also known as Blue Mist shrub, and is hardy here in Texas. This sub-shrub grows to about 3' tall, and at least that wide. It needs sun for most or all of the day (even Texas sun!) and is very tidy in habit, making a mound. It propagates easily from cuttings, or just wait and your caryopteris will send off shoots that you can dig and transplant. Since it thrives in zones 5 through 9, most likely you can have this bee-magnet in your garden!
