at the back of the garden we have a large conifer, you cant see it but in front of the conifer is a pit were the previous occupants had filled in a pond with rubble which i've had to remove. at the front there we have marigolds with my kale behind, broad beans on the left and sunflowers on the right, behind the sunflowers you can see some canes against the fence, started some runner beans in there a little while ago with some beetroot just in front of them. at the end of the lawn is my photinia and the lovely green stuff on my patio is equisitum (horsetail) which is driving me bonkers!! |
