Description: For this one, I feel so stupid. I initially put the sweet potato in the water upside down. Obviously, it didn't grow but, eventually, I got in it the right way up. After a couple of weeks of agonizing waiting, the first sign of roots showed up. When I looked at it today, I saw the first purple sprouts coming out of it. I think I'm going to plant a couple of these outside, despite the stinkbugs.
