I bought this Jasmine from the local nursery about 6 months ago. I pulled it out of its hiding place to show you. It is doing well. It is supposed to grow well indoors, which it was, but my granddaughter kept playing with it and knocked it over a few times. I was worried about its safety, so I put it outside in a fairly shady spot with good direct sunlight for few hours. The pepper plant container somewhat blocks some of the sun. It gets so hot here that I was afraid for it to get too much sun. Even the sun loving plants don't seem to like it this hot. I saw a beautiful picture of Jasmine in a hanging pot indoors online. She sells them. It was so beautiful I thought I would see if I cold grow one. I will bring it in the house this winter. Hopefully I can find a safe place for it...plus the baby will be older. |
