Hi everyone, I have been considering of taking nutritional supplements that could help me in reducing my cholesterol levels. The fact is that I need to maintain my health and for that I need to take care of certain issues. I have heard about blue green algae being a good supplement for controlling the cholesterol level! I need your suggestions on this and also - Do you consider for this being a good supplement???

Garlic is a very good source to reduce cholesterol. Cook with it or take Garlique.

I'm right there with you!! A friend of mine, a dietitian and diabetes educator recommended a product called BiosLife and I LOVE IT!!! It is a nutritional supplement and it lowered my triglycerides 59 points!!!
I also use A LOT of garlic ;) I've never tried the blue green algae but I live in Klamath Falls where it is harvested and I wouldn't eat anything that came out of that lake!!! I know people swear by it but I know where it came from
Good luck with the cholesterol battle.
