howdy all... newbie who is in love with an onion!

Well, I don't think I've ever talked to an onion named Betty but I've definitely talked to a few other inanimate objects. Welcome to the Stew. I'm going to have a bigger garden soon. Hope I can manage it. dooley

 

If Betty the onion belongs anywhere it is in a stew, especially a garden stew. I see nothing wrong with a vegetive friendship. I once had a friend who took his watermelon for a walk every day. You soon learn to ignore the snide comments and will be a better person for it. Onions can make you weep though.

I really need to ask betty if she would please give me my credit card back. i don't mind her doing a little shopping if it makes her happy, but she seems to have a penchant for expensive shoes lately...

Hello from Michigan, el tonyo! I scrolled from page 1. right to the bottom of page 2. and it sure seems to me that Betty has added a layer of two. Also a few more "Supple limbs". Am I right? She was just a wee slip of a thing when she came out of the closet, so you may be letting her hit the bottle a bit too often.
