    Morning all, we've got the rain, the wind and the 7C/45F still. The shopping is done, the decorations are going up a little at a time, we're finding a tree today and Christmas will soon be here wether I'm ready or not. Have a lovely Thursday!

    Good morning all. Haven't seen the sun since Sunday and I haven't missed it a bit. Still overcast and very foggy this morning but I think that old ball of gas is supposed to make an appearance later today. :(

    Good Thursday morning all. Currently -5°C with light snow falling. I've been busy around the house this morning and I'm already pooped! Weatherman says we are getting a nasty snow storm this weekend starting early tomorrow morning. We may get as much as 50 cm before all is said and done! I've already carried a few days worth of firewood inside and I went for groceries yesterday. I think I'm ready for it.

    Its -5 here and snowing heavily, and i am only an hour away from Netty. More shopping to do this weekend but its just the small stuff now, thankfully!

    Good morning all. Well the large gaseous ball I lovingly refer to as the Evil Daystar is back, bright and shiny as ever. Possibly more so since it has been covered and out of sight for the last 4 days.
    Already 54 deg F which is warmer than we have been since sunday also. Oh, well, nothing lasts forever even the good stuff. :(

    Gift shopping is done, now the baking begins. And since I finally broke down last month and bought a new kitchen stove that means baking cinnamon bread. I have two loaves to make today for early christmas at Randy's folks tomorrow and 8 more to make next week for christmas with my family.

    Good Friday morning all. The temperature is -13°C and we are in the middle of that nasty snowstorm. My youngest is home from school sick and is asleep so I am baking. I am worried about my other 2 kids bus ride home this afternoon...it is truly nasty out there!

    Good morning, it's grey and warmish still, no snow expected in the near future either. But we're getting lots of rain!

    Temps are 6C/43F and today and tomorrow will be busy days.

    Good morning all. The large gaseous ball in the sky has been hidden again by clouds....the precursor of a strong cold front that will be moving over us later today and bringing back winter temps.

    We are heading out shortly to Randy's folks for an early christmas. Be back later this evening.

    Good Sunday morning all. Currently -10°C with lots of snow falling. I spent most of yesterday in a waiting room with my 5 year old. She has a nasty ear infection, but the medication seems to be helping already. Today we will clean and do some baking.
