Palmtree - no Japanese garden, just lots of rain in the Pacific Northwest which gives me lots of moss in the dandelion/grass. Instead of killing the moss I decided to kill the dandelions and grass. (It was originally a mistake , but I liked the effect.) Like all gardening it is an experiment in slow-motion.

This was at a family get together in November. I love seeing photos of all of you -- everyone is so nice, it makes me wish I could "run into you at the grocery" but online connections are good too.

Hi daisybeans, great to see you Looks like you were having a good time at your family get together. Have you got a large family?

 

My father was one of 10 kids so on that side there are a LOT of cousins, aunts, uncles. Now with the cousins having kids the group is growing. It's a fun crowd, lots of pranksters.
