Have a wander around my garden for a mo. (Eileen, these were the ones you sent me a couple of years back) Remember my peach blossom last month? Well here are the peachlets developing. Hope you enjoyed your stroll. Everything is growing fast and lush but the garden is starting to look parched so I am hoping for some rain soon.
Oh wow EJ, you sure have a lot of wonderful things happening in your garden! Those Tulips are gorgeous, especially the ones in the 2nd photo. Everything looks great!!
I enjoyed the stroll around your garden, EJ. Beautiful! Are those fiddleheads? Do you ever feast on them? I can't decide what I like best. Well done!
I enjoyed the walk around your garden, EJ. It looks beautiful. We've been having a lot of rain lately. We missed this morning's shower though. dooley
Wow!! There is so much going on in your garden! It's beautiful! So lush! I hope you get the rain you are waiting for. You shots are great too. Can I ask -- what is the flower in the last picture -- very lovely.
I like the looks of your garden, EJ. Ypu've got a right nice selection of things there--some of those are blooming in my little garden at the mom,ent as well. I sure did like that walk-about in your garden. Your garden looks really nice and cozy. Say, did I see a Philadelphus in the next to the last picture?
Just gorgeous EJ. As expected, none of the Tulips I had last year bloomed this year. Only 4 even had strength to put up leaves. Your red and yellow ones are striking.
Great piccies EJ. I'm amazed by the fact that you can grow peaches outdoors. Do show us more piccies of them as they develop won't you? I'm pleased to see that the bluebells have taken off for you. I love seeing them bloom at this time of year. I really like the photograph of the fern leaf unfurling. :-D Fingers crossed all this rain we're having moves down your way soon.
Thank you for taking us on a stroll around your beautiful, garden the flowers and plants are lovely, I wish I could send you some of the rain we have been having up north, your more than welcome to it!
Sjoerd, not Philadelphis, mine is a way off flowering yet. That is apple blossom. Daisybeans, that last photo is of my Angelica flower. I grow angelica really as an ornamental as it is so structural and tall and comes back year after year, however I do have to be careful as some of the members here might remember, I am rather sensitive to some foliage, and angelica brings my skin up in blisters. I would love some of your rain Eileen and Playtime. My waterbutts are empty and the grass is starting to yellow. I'm glad you all enjoyed my garden, it really is a spring garden because in a couple of weeks time all of the trees will be in full leaf and then things slow right down.
hahaha...I must need glasses, EJ. Wewll mine are no where near blooming either. You guys are always 2-3 weeks ahead of me, so I thought that perhaps it might be. ...Well, those apple blossoms look nice too, don't they?
