Hiya, I just happened to wander on this site and it looks like a friendly and fun place. I'm "rehabilitating" a small but severely neglected flower garden. I look forward to using this site during my endevours and getting to know everyone. This is really my first time at having a garden of any kind.

Hi Darcy, welcome to the Stew from north Texas. Oh, a new garden...I am starting on my front yard this year, isn't it both scary and fun to be doing plans and starting with a blank slate. What kind of gardening do you have in mind?
Thanks guys hmm as far as the type, I'm going with roses for the most part, and a morning glory vine. I'm wanting to make the space bright and colorful. since Its soooo late in the year I plan to focus on the roses. then plan seeds in the spring when its cleaned up and weeded completely.
