LOL. I guess I am replying to this forum a year late. So, have you eaten all your collards yet? I have a friend who makes them w/ham stock alot.
Anyone besides me eatin from the garden yet? I have had 3 good messes of collards. Gonna have some of these Rainbow Chard for dinner tonight. And just maybe i'll slice a little of the Gypsy peppers and add it to the chard.
