I love all the photos, Glenda but especially the last one with the sunset! I'm so glad you had fun! Jenn the new gal in town
What an ideal way to be out on the water! Now that is my way to fish. You must have had a grand time. Looks so relaxing. Thanks for sharing.
It looks like you had a great time. Duchess seems to be trying to figure out what's what with Oreo. What kind of fish were you catching? It looks like a nice getaway you had Glenda!
Oh, that looks really nice. I'll bet you felt just like Tom Sawyer. And there were fish to catch in there as well....what a life. It all looks really cozy and a fun time...but I'm glad you are back with us once again.
The river looks so peaceful Glenda it must have been hard to tear yourself away from all that lovely scenery. Duchess looks a lot like the Great Dane we had years ago (she was called Amber) and I'm glad she got on well with Little Oreo. I love the picture of him looking at the water!!
Oreo and I had such a great relaxing fun time.I really wasn't ready to come home but my plants suffered while I was gone.I think they would have anyway. Its been a 104 degrees almost everyday this week.Toni said its been a 100 degrees at her home. Fran caught the catfish,Sissy didn't catch anything and I don't like to fish but I do love to ride in boats.Oreo got along great with Dutchess except he was jealous of her.
Love your pictures and glad you are back. But that does look like one restful place. I can just see myself on the houseboat for several weeks. Forget the fishing. J ust no phone, TV, computer would be wonderful. Just the sounds of the river and the night sounds.Aah !!!!!!!!!
I forgot to mention the picture of Oreo looking out at the water...like he knew just where he was. Does he miss his 'girlfriend'?
