This is Dooley. I'm modeling the garden apron. Note the three pockets for gloves, tools, etc. Above it is the cell phone pocket and below the three is the large pocket for herbs, flowers, etc. It had a button to open it for easy access.

Oh that garden apron looks just the job. It has so many pockets that you'd be able to keep your hands free while pottering in the garden. A friend of mine has been looking for a plain green one like that for ages so I may try to make a similar one for her Christmas present.

I love them all as I've seen so many beautiful colors at their home.

Nice aprons, Dooley. I liked the looks of those Gardening aprons. It looks like one could get alot of harvest veg in them.
I was wondering if that big pouch that one would place the harvested veg into is liked with plastic or rubber do that sap or mud would not soak through to the clothing. Just curious.

Now, I never thought of lining it so the wet wouldn't soak through and those farmer's didn't add that to the list of what they wanted.
The garden apron pocket is much smaller than the farm apron pocket but will still hold quite a lot of produce. It is meant to be used when a lady just wants to go out and snip herbs or a few things from the garden for dinner. Or maybe, a few flowers for arranging for the table. It wouldn't hold a lot of things from the farm garden.

This inspired me to FINALLY get around to the canvas apron I've been meaning to do. I tried out my serger (luckily on scraps) to no avail! I guess I'll just have to use my regular machine and a lot of no-fray glue.

    I absolutely love those pockets.
