I got the plants off freecycle but I don't know what kind of plants they are so I don't know how to care for them. If any one knows what they are I will be very happy. Thanks.
I only know what I call the plants, not the Latin names. The first is some type of Dracena (corn plant), the second is a Shefflera, and the last one is a 'Nymph' !!!
I think that the first three photos are different types of dracaena. The fourth is definitely a schefflera. I can't remember the name of the last one but I had one at work that I gave to a coworker when I retired. It kept getting very leggy and it's cuttings would root easily in water.
Not sure of the others, but the last one I have to agree with Netty as to be a Caladium, it looks like a few I have. though mine are smaller.
#5 wouldn't be a caladium because it has more than one leaf on each stem. You can see where the dead leaves have been removed on each stem. As kuntrygal said it is Syngonium podophyllum "Nephthytis", with a common name of white-veined arrowhead vine.
