Hello. I am a gardener who started out as a native plant/wildlife-friendly gardener, but who quickly developed an interest in cacti and other ornamentals that don't grow very well in Ohio. I look for mushrooms on the lawn weekly and have a bird-friendly garden with 5 feeders. I watch insects when they turn up.
Hello from Arkansas. Was born in Ohio, have/had family there for years, and it's good to here from someone from my home state. Would love to hear more about its progress/changes, and what part you're from. Pleases fill me in! Have a wonderful day, and welcome aboard
Hi and welcome to GardenStew from north Texas, where we are finally getting a touch of weather that passes for almost winter down here Tell us about your garden or better yet show us some photos, we love photos.

Welcome from wintery Norway, and yes, please, photos. Lots of them, preferably with colour. Any colour but grey and white will do. Looking forward to getting to know you. Hop in and make yourself at home.
I am from the northwestern quarter, near Toledo. I will put up some photos as soon as my camera gets charged up. My garden isn't in the best shape at the moment. I'm trying to remodel it so it looks better, but I really haven't gotten very far. I think the reason I like plants that normally wouldn't grow here is because I have a strange tendency to want things I haven't got much chance of getting. I have an outdoor cactus garden, but the only species growing in it are a Prickly Pear and two stonecrops.
Howdy from Western Australia. Remodelling your garden is a hobby most of us have. I'm never actually finished changing things around. Welcome aboard.
