    for spring to get here. I did steaks on the grill for dinner tonight! And were they ever good too! It was fairly warm, 39 deg F., Hey it's above freezing! And no snow or rain coming down. But it was cloudy. But man it was worth it!

    Mmmm...there is nothing like the taste of BBQ'd steaks! I did the same thing on our last mild spell and this week is looking good for BBQ'ing too. I'm really craving some home made hamburgers done on the grill. YUM!

    I did New York strip steaks and baked potatos and we had some canned corn.

    Blue, I have been known to grill in a snow storm too. But here recently I havebeen getting soft in my old age and wait until it's above freezing! :)

    Yummy! We've grilled in a snow storm but it's nothing we'd like to do again. That particular snow storm was at the beginning of May, so it caught us unawares.

    We don't have the cut here called "New York Strip"; the one we use is called, "Rib Eye"...it's a pretty good one too.
