The early and mid-season spring bulbs are about finished.

I got a new daffodil last summer and was pleased that it was as pretty as its picture. Hope the slugs don't like its petals too much.

The grape hyacinths are starting and then my favorite wild hyacinths will come along. We never had bulbs when I was younger so it is always fun when they come back every year with no care. :D Lucky enough to live where they go wild if they have a chance.

Wonderful pictures of the blooms. The Rosey Cloud daffodil is very lovely. I saw the first daffodil blooms in this area on March 12th and they are still going strong. Have seen some hyacinths. It is so nice to see blooms after such a white winter. :stew1:

Your double Rosey Cloud Daffodils are really lovely Jewell. My daffs are beginning to open now so I'm a bit behind you.

I do hope you all will post photos of your early flowers. They simply don't last long enough for me. Even though I have a short attention span, or maybe because of it *lol*....I don't seem to get enough of early spring as I get older. :stew1:

Ooh, daffs! *drooling* They're still a long way away here, but I can get cutflowers of course. It's just not the same though. Your rosy daffs are lovely. I think I need to find space for some of those.

Very lovely flowers, Jewell. I have never seen the rosey cloud doubles. I like to see different things so this was a good posting for me. Thanks so much.

I'll bet you were psyched to see that Rosy Cloud Double. That's one of the prettiest things I've seen in a long time.
