Yesterday at noon it was 55 deg F. This morning we have 2 inches of snow on the ground with a howling wind. That 2 inches is the "No accumulation " that the weather man told us about last night on the evening news.

It take many years to be a meterologist ;)

Hope your snow melts fast Capt and the temps go up for you.

Just when I thought the snow was all over and done for you too. I guess winter just doesn't want to let go completely just yet.

Most of the snow melted yesterday afternoon. What did go yesterday, will go today. High in the mid 50's.

    More like freak weather.

It is swinging between 30 and 80 here in the mid-atlantic region.

I hear ya, 80 mph gusts, hail, heavy rain, steady 30-40mph winds and highs where the lows should be. No help in site here but I guess I can't complain too much as there is no white stuff on the ground.

Hope you snow melts soon and your weather warms up, I know it will get warmer there before it does here.

I need to buy a house with about 50 acres and build a big green house so I don't have to worry about mother nature and her temper tantrums.

It reached 75 degrees here today! A very welcome warm up! People are outside finally enjoying the weather. The grass is greening. Spring is really making a slow come back this year! Tulips and Daffodils are not blooming YET. I am anxiously awaiting the blooming of the Forsythia!
This week is looking warm and sunny, and we really deserve it after that nasty, long winter we had. No telling if Mother Nature will have another tantrum here though!

Our weather has been all over the place lately! From record-breaking snow late last month that produced power outages and tree/plant damage to the most gorgeous spring weather. Then it was cold and windy and now we are in the midst of heavy rain from storms coming up the Atlantic coast, and need to watch for flooding. We need a break, already!

Lobby your local government to construct a giant dome over your town so you can control your weather.

I sympathize with you on the lack of land. If I had 50 acres, I would go crazy with plants and trees.
