Does anyone know what will cost for labor only to add a half bath? I have all of the materials. I have unused space under staircase and I want to add a half bath. All plumbing can be used from upstairs bathroom near by.

That is all going to depend on where you live. What permits are required, the extent of the labor and all your supplies. Call around and get appointments scheduled so that you can get estimates.

I'm not trying to depress you but this is what we have found out with our remodel...Whatever you "think" it should cost, add about 1/3 or 1/2 more!!!
I know when it is all finished I will be thrilled, it's just been a long, spendy journey :-o

Half bath is indeed ideal for that free space under your stairs. But considering the price you will pay for the labor and other expenses, I think you should consider if that is what you really needed now.
