Morning Glories aren't blooming, anyone know why?

My morning glories aren't blooming , Does anyone know why , I can't figure it out please help, :-?

I hope someone answers this question... I have a pot of Morning Glories that are not blooming either. I can't figure it out. Not a bud in sight...

 

I was once told not to fertilize Morning Glory as too much nitrogen promoted too much green growth and no flowers. Are you fertilizing?

I have to say I haven't done any fertilizing on them, I probably should have ,I think I had one flower on it all summer,

Morning Glories

That makes 3 of us! Last year they were covered in blooms for months. So far this year I have gotten one measly bloom from 2 big plants. I've treated them just as I did last year as far as fertilizer, water and sun. I hope someone has a suggestion for us.
